PRODUCT RESPONSIBILITY:

Giant Inflatables disclaims responsibility for injuries, damages, or losses caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper installation of its products. Customers are responsible for understanding product limitations, considering weather forces, and adhering to basic safety requirements.

PAYMENT:

Full payment is required prior to production.

COLLECTION

Products can only be collected or couriered upon completion and receipt of payment reflecting in our bank account.

FREE DELIVERY

Free delivery will be on the economy price of Courier Guy and excludes outlying areas and for total weight not exceeding 20kg.

INSPECTION:

Customers must inspect packages for visible damage before acceptance. Any damage must be reported immediately to the shipper and Giant Inflatables.

PRODUCT ACCEPTANCE:

Customers have the right to inspect products upon receipt. Failure to report production defects within within 3 days constitutes acceptance, with warranty claims limited to repair or replacement.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS:

Prices and production times may be adjusted if the customer requests changes after payment and design agreement.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:

Customers must supply high res graphics in correct artwork format and size for print reproduction. Additional charges apply for unsuitable artwork, which may affect delivery time.

DELAYS:

Every effort will be made to expedite your order and deliver on time as we have promised since 1996. Giant Inflatables may not be held responsible for acts of God in production that delay production beyond our control.

WARRANTIES:

Different products within our range of Inflatables, logo dancers and balloons may have varying warranty terms based on factors such as usage frequency, environmental conditions and positioning. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they understand and accept the products limitations and warranties.

VARIATIONS:

Due to the custom and artistic nature of products, slight variations may occur in colour, materials, shapes, designs, and end-use requirements.

EXACT SPECIFICATIONS:

Customers requiring exact print, colours or any other exact design specifications must confirm with Giant Inflatables.

EXCLUSIVE TERMS:

Giant Inflatables terms and conditions supersede all others on customer purchase orders and elsewhere, applying to all quotations, invoices, and accepted orders unless specified otherwise in writing.
